Infiniti G37 Cabrio 02/01/2011
![]() Tell your friends you have driven an Infiniti and you're likely to get the same response should you mention Accrington 'Who are they?' Stanley. The name might not ring too many bells on these shores, but Nissan's luxury-arm is already established in the US and having driven the G37 Cabrio I predict we will soon share our friends-from-across-the-pond's admiration for Infiniti. You won't see to many Infinitis on the roads just yet as there is only a handful of sales centres in the UK - the nearest to Wales being Birmingham - but it is a quality brand that is aiming to eat into the sales of BMW, Audi and Mercedes. Renault Mégane Coupe-Cabriolet 18/10/2010
![]() Before mobile phones were invented people wouldn't dream of writing in text slang, so why do those born in a 'pen and paper' generation insist on trying to be 'cool'? How many times when growing up did your parents lecture you about pronunciation should you ever start sounding like a character out of Eastenders? Why is it these same people will happily bash the words "Wanna meet 4 a T or C?" into their oversized Nokia 3310 when they mean "Do you have time to meet up for a tea or coffee?" At the weekend it was my girlfriend who received a 'cool' text message from her mum. It read: "Wat u up 2?" At the time I was taking her for a drive around the South Wales coast in the new Renault Megane Coupé-Cabriolet, so she wrote back (with a bit of encouragement from me): "At the beach topless!" Renault Wind 21/07/2010
![]() The Renault Wind – it has to be the silliest name for a car since the Suzuki Light Dump, and that was a Japanese market pick-up truck. The Wind, which is actually a coupe-roadster, is expected to appeal to the trendy young things of Europe. Look beyond the name, however, and you will see an effective new rival to other drop-tops such as Peugeot’s 207CC, the Fiat 500C and MINI Convertible. | View by dateJanuary 2012 View by tags
